Can cleanup begin while authorities are still present?
No cleanup should begin in an area controlled by an authority. Contact Frontline after the appropriate authority has released the affected area and authorized access.
Should I clean blood or pick up a needle myself?
Do not touch suspected blood, bodily fluids or contaminated material. Do not pick up, recap or move a needle or other sharp. Keep people and pets away and describe only what you can safely observe.
Does completion mean the property has a health clearance?
Cleanup completion records describe the work included in the approved scope. They are not a medical, laboratory, environmental, air-quality or health-clearance report unless a separate written service expressly states otherwise.
