Can you clear a heavily filled property that is not a rental?
Yes. A heavy cleanout may cover a home or managed property when access, authorized decisions, items to protect or remove and the finish condition are defined in the written scope.
Does the cleanout include repairs?
Not automatically. Repairs, reconstruction, painting and specialty trade work are separate unless a written scope expressly includes them.
